Scam ripoff

I signed up for unlimited music download for only a $1.00. I never got the chance to use it. But I didn't realized that after they charge me for a dollar at the same time there was another charge for $48.00. The following month when I received my bank statement I noticed the same companys name but the charge was $49.95. I can't remember signing up or buying anything in this company (New Healthy Savings). So I called them and ask for a refund and cancel the service or whatever it is. They told me I will wait for 10 to 15 days for a refund.

When my bank sent me my account statement for the month of May I saw another charge for $49.95 again from New Healthy Savings. I was so devastated so I called them back. All they said is for me to wait within 10 to 15 days after I asked for a cancellation. I'm really hoping and praying I will get my money back because it cost me almost $150.00 for buying nothing.
