The Supply Source, idonails.com And Medicool ripoff rude deceitful shamelss ripoff and liars just out to screw the customer, Torrance California

5/18/05 I purchased a Pro Touch 1000 online on 4/8/05 & recd item around 4/15 4/20.5/12/05 it quit running. Julie at idonails.com refused to replace defective item, trade it out or anything & told me to contact the Medicool co. & gave me the number & went off line & called the Gary at Medicool & told him I was a 1-horse shop with only one machine: Gary then charged me an ADDITIONAL $100 to send a new instrument via Fed Ex.

Gary said the company I bought from was a low-budget mail order house & probably didn't have but one of each item. Izabella of idonails.com started out to be helpful-I thought! -but she just tried to CYA. She is STILL selling the Medicool Pro Touch 1000 & yet REFUSES to take the new Pro Touch 1000 & give my money back—she offered to replace it w/Kupa product but she stated We do not carry the machine you speak of & I am glad to exchange the machine you have for a Kupa $175.00 but I will advise you that this machine is much worse quality than the one you have. 2 weeks use this $169 product just quits? Idonails.com people are rude & arrogant & do not know the meaning of customer service or ETHICS!

Medicool Gary extorts $100 instead of honoring warranties. Izabella bad mouths the products she sells yet refuses to do the honorable thing with this issue: REFUSES to give me my money back in return for a the new machine that she continues to sell. These company is arrogant & sleazy.

Izabella says both machines are crap. NOTE: Since my complaint, the low-budget mail order house & the extortionist at Medicool have joined forces to protect themselves & lie. I want my money back for this deceitful sales tactic & rudeness & TOTAL lack of customer service/support and refusal to honor warranties advertised on the idonails.com site: this is a NEW drill from the manufacturer & idonails.com still SELLS these crappy machines & yet REFUSES to refund my money for it.
