Ripoff! Deceptive, Dishonest, Thieves Charged Credit Card After Order Was Cancelled

BEWARE this is a rip-off company using "As Seen On T.V." products for their personal profit! After close to a month, two seperate orders (for the same product), numerous phone calls, twice being assured the order was in fact cancelled, my credit card was still charged, and have nothing to show for it!

Here's my story... I placed an order on line with them for a hair product on 5/5. I received a confirmation email from them stating FedEx would notify me with an shipment tracking number soon as the item was shipped.

After a week of hearing nothing, I logged back on to the site and had a "live chat" with the customer service rep. I was told that for some reason my credit card had been declined. This was strange to me since I had available funds. She asked me to give her my credit card number so she could verify it. That also sounded strange to me, couldn't she see at least the last 4 digits to "verify"? So I told her to simply cancel the order and that I would reorder on line. I believed that my personal info was incoded. Silly me!

O.K. I reorder this TrueCeramic Pro on 5/13. Went through the whole thing again entering all my info. I again get my email confirmation, with the same FedEx would notify me statement. Another week goes by, again I hear nothing, receive nothing.

This time I call the customer service phone number. I speak with someone who claims his name is "Ronny" no last name is given. He has a very thick accent, hard to completely understand - sounds like he may be from India. I asked for status on my order, he tells me my credit card was declined.

This is sounding familar. I explain that was the first order, I give him my confirmation number, he tells me he doesn't see that order, and we go around and around. Finally he puts me on hold. I hang up and call back in. This time the phone is answered by a "Shawn Wilson", same heavy accent. We go around and around.

I asked to speak with a supervisor, of course none is available, "they will be in later in the day", mind you this is 9:00 or 10:00PST. I finally tell him to cancel the order all together and ask for a cancellation confirmation number. Oh of course his "system was unable to process the cancellation". We had more discussion and he assured me the order was cancelled. I believed him. Duh on me again.

Today I checked my credit card account on line only to find my account was in fact charged!!! I called spoke with a "Ryan Fernandez" same heavy accent from India, who informs me my order was shipped!!! What the heck! I requested a supervisor for a refund, naturally none were available until later in the day.

I waited a few hours call in again, what luck, a "Shawn Wilson" answered. I asked him when the product was shipped he told me on 5/20. I requested the FexEx tracking number. Rmemeber the email said I would receive this number once shippment was completed? Well, apparently it wasn't shipped FedEx it was shipped "ground" on 5/20, this is per Mr Shawn Wilson. Now I know why I never recieved confirmation from FedEx Shipped on 5/20 - today is 5/25 - I had cancelled on 5/19 and to date I have not received product, email, or satisfaction!

At this point I let him know that he and I had actually spoke on 5/19 at which time I had requested the order be cancelled. He denied talking with me. He stammered when I asked him "Are you calling me a lier Mr. Wilson?" I asked to speak with a supervisor. He asked if I had "Issues" talking with him, he actually asked that, I told him yes since he had already told me he would cancel my order then ship it anyway the following day. As usual no one in management was available. I told him I would hold for someone.

After waiting for a good 5 minutes, a "Gloria Fernandez" came on as a supervisor, and reinterated what I had been told by Mr Wilson; I would have to refuse delivery and once they got the product back they would credit me. I told her this was not good enough for me, I wanted a refund for an order that was cancelled on 5/19 and supposedly shipped on 5/20.

She would say nothing other than she would need 24 hours to verify if the order had been shipped or not. Not able to assist, not willing to assist, totally useless. It was the same put off lines I had been getting for the last 20 days. Enough was enough. I hung up on her... Be aware of this scam!!!
