Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I recieved a pre-approved credit card application for a credit line of $10,000.00 with a $37.00 membership fee. I sent in my membership fee only to find myself still without this card 2 weeks later. I decided to look up their "customer service" number on line when I came across numerous other people who were offered the same fraudelent credit card however they were fortunate enough to have but a stop on their check before it went through. I am not so fortunate. I have payed a membership fee and have absolutely nothing in return! However I was informed when I called them that I will be recieving a membership card within' the next 10-14 business days but I can only make purchases with it for things in their "personal" catalouge that they will also be sending me. I read all the fine print before sending in the "membership fee" and no where did it say anything close to what the lady told me over the phone. I informed her that I wanted a refund and she told me that I have to wait until the card arrives because it has a "special" number on it that I need to give her before she can give me my money back. And I informed her that "I WILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK!"
