Ripoff Platinum Card Membership with $10,000.00 credit limit PRE-APPROVED

I received a letter stating I was pre-approved for a Platinum card, although it didn't say either VISA or Mastercard, with a $10,000.00 credit limit. They even used TRANSUNION credit company as the company that gave me a outstanding credit reference. They wanted me to send $37.00, but didn't say why. They gave a Service number and a Approved credit number, but NO bank affiliation. Before I realised the Rip-Off I did send application with annual membership fee of $37 thatis fully refundable with first purchase!

Never heard from tham agein!!!
