First National Credit Card
Ripoff

This credit card company solicited me over the telephone. After I declined thier offer, Irecieved thier credit card in the mail. I never activated the card and immediately cut the card up and threw it away.

I later recieved another card from them through the mail, which I immediately did the same thing.

I recently discovered that this company is now on my credit report as a potentially negative item, with an outstanding balance of $403! How in the world can I have a negative balance on a card that I never activated or used!
