Congratulations, your Diana Conseco? In Customer Service or the Shipping Dep't has singlehandedly done the most amazingly stupid thing I can imagine!

I placed an order on 5/2 5:55: 36AM for $1,503.18, order number 1509739. I ordered 19 items and I paid for OVERNIGHT shipping. I arranged my entire schedule around to where I could be off and be at home to accept my shipment today which cost me about $1,200 in lost work. I also had an important function tonight in which I was going to wear my new jewelry to.

I checked my voice mail and got a message from Diana stating that ONE of the items was not in stock, that it was a problem between bidz.com and the merchandiser. So other than OVERNIGHTING the other 18 items. Diana holds up the ENTIRE shipment based on just ONE of those 19 items.

I am absolutely furious about this! What kind of Customer Service Department are you running there? When someone orders merchandise and pays for it to be OVERNIGHTED, you can pretty much assume that they want it the NEXT DAY. What's even worse is the fact that instead of offering decent customer service ie. Overnighting the remaining 18 items then overnighting the ONE (19th) item when it became available to you (Because it was an error on YOUR part, not mine). You try to save a few bucks by just waiting.

This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Now I have the entire day with lost work to the tune of $1,200 with nothing to do other than write up BBB Reports, Chamber of Commerce, Consumer Affair Reports and RIP OFFs.com. How can you possibly make up for this? I CANNOT take the day off on Thursday (since I already took today off and can't afford to lose ANOTHER $1,200 in revenue) I am completely stunned by this utter lack of competence with Diana.

I called at 9EST today (the day I was supposed to receive my delivery, was told Managers wouldn't be in for another 30 minutes. I called back in at 9:55EST, was told by Adriano that Managers wouldn't be in for another hour. I called back in another hour got a person named Shalon she was the absolute most rudest 'Customer Service' Representative I could ever possibly imagine. She told me that if I'd received the 18 items versus TODAY versus waiting til Thursday for all 19 items I'd be just as furious.

So now I suppose these incompetent idiots are psychic as well? I told her to not tell me what I would think, then she started yelling at me like a madwoman. What a comedy of errors not to mention sheer incompetence. If the 3 stooges were to run a business, it would be run like Bidz.com.

Even worse, I talked to the Manager, Jorje who's only concession was to give me free shipping on this order of over $1,500. Which is a joke because they get these items for pennies on the dollar.

What a huge ripoff! I told Jorje I wanted an immediate refund and that I'll NEVER do business with them again!
