Ripoff fraudulantly billed, even more than advertised, didn't perform

Wish I had read this site before I authorized $35 on my credit card for a year's membership, and ordered a report. Zabasearch charged $40 instead of $35 to my credit card, has not answered any emails, and has not done the report.
When I entered the report information and the computer began to process it a sign came up saying, in so many words, that I should stay on that page till I received the information. That was seven days ago. Later a sign said I would be sent a link to the report. I wasn't.
The phone number on my credit card statement is 800-501-22518773854020. Quite a number! There is an MT after. So they are now in Montana?
I knew when I didn't hear back from my emails that I was going to get ripped off.
