Paypal robbed me..incredibly frustrating ripoff

I was minding my own business and I got an email from Harrispolls to participate in a poll. They offered to give me ten dollars for my time. I took the poll and was given instructions how I might get my ten dollars from a paypal account. Well I attempted to get my money and encountered web page errors. I sought in vain for any kind of help and found absolutely none. I sent a slew of emails and received no help from paypal. They totally ignored my requests and pleas for assistance. After spending several hours to recover my money it bacam obvious to me that paypal had intended to screw me out of that money from the start. I wrote Harrispolls and told them about my unhappy experience with paypal and paypal's total avoidance of helping me or even communicating with me. Of course it is impossible to get any phone numbers or addresses or any other contact info off of the paypal site because they are a rip-off outfit. They steal your money. It is their entire intent and business model. When people cannot get their money and cannot get any support and company hides behind its web page it is incredibly frustrating.

This was over a year ago. I provided tons of information to paypal through it's automated web site and no one has ever followed up. Ever! It is the worst customer service I have ever had in any industry. I don't care how fast they are growing. There is no excuse to refuse to give people their own money. But this is the paypal policy. Make lousy web pages that break alot and refuse to offer any help to anyone who has a problem.

DON'T USE PAYPAL! You will regret it!
