Simply You Unauthorized Debits from Bank Account

I never ever use my CC online, but somehow this company got all of my information down to my S.S. Number. They have been charging my bank account 14.95 every other month. At first I figured it was my husband= but now that it happens every other month I decided to investigate! When I called the number my bank had for the charge (1 888 242 0180) I immediatly asked for a manager. She said she could close the account but couldn't refund the charges, so I threatened to report to the BBB and she started yelling, but ultimitly decided to refund all the charges. My bank told me I should close our account and start a new one. BEWARE everyone this company is horrible and should not be legal to continue business. Is there any other way to get them in trouble?
