1.00$ charge made to my account. Call the # 1-877-820-7107. Company name DEALPASS. Never heard of them. Bank wont reverse the charge. No way to cancel something i never joined.internet

My account has an unauthorised charge for the amount of 1.00$. The number next to the charge is 1-877-820-7107. I have called the number and only got a recording, giving me the name of the company, DealPass.

I went to the site dealpass.com I have never seen this site and did not join. The instructions to close your account require a password, which I do not have.

Also required is your banking information, phone number, and address. You are not able to contact them without this information. And why should I have to close an account I never opened.

I called my bank, they would not reverse the charge. I then found this site and attempted to contact the banking Commision, but was'nt able to speak with anyone. I called my bank again, they only offered to have my account information changed, which takes 10 days.

I intend to contact the Banking Commision and follow there advice. This company DealPass needs to be stopped, I will go to all lengths to have my money refunded.

This is my third day in dealing with this situation. I am a single mother with no job, and I need that dollar. DealPass has no right to tap peoples funds, especially with no authorisation. We barley have money for food, I am not shopping online for junk I dont need.
