AP9 Simply You
Ripoff

Education & Science

I received an e-mail from RD.com thanking me for my purchase. The e-mail came from Readers Digest, I wrote them an e-mail explaining what had happened. Knowing I didn't make any purchase I went straight to my online banking, there I found a charge of $14.95 from a AP9 Simply You. I had never heard of the company and looked for information on them immediately! After doing an online search and finding them listed under consumer complaints, I called them twice. The first time the woman hung up on me. The second time I did speak to a woman who said they would credit my account. They told me I was on their website, www.dealpass.com, I had never heard of the site and had to ask them what AP9 Simply You was. I too, want to alert anyone who sees charges from this company to report them! I am not waiting to see what the company does, I have contacted my bank via e-mail and alerted them to this situation. We all have to do everything we can to stop these thieves.
