Unauthorized charge to my Bank Account, ripoff

I found a $12.95 charge on my account today, from AP9 Passport to Fun, which is connected to DealPass.com.

I called my bank and filed a dispute and my bank was able to give me a number to reach the company at. (1.888.840.6303)

When I used the number, I chose option #1 for 'Membership Fees or Charges', then option #2 to enter phone number, after that I didn't make an options chose, I just waited on line and was sent to a live person (after 45 minutes!).

I was able to get the charges reversed and the account closed, plus my bank is changing my visa card as well.

When I spoke with the company, I was informed the charges came from a offer on vistaprint.com, although I chose not to accept the offer, they still charged me.

I hope this information helps others. I got the charge removed but it took about 4 hours to track down a number and get through to someone.
