Sweepstakes Clearing ripoff

I ordered a television and paid the entire amount of $189.95. It was shipped to me COD with a $45.90 charge. I called and asked the company what this charge was for. The first person I talked with told me it was postal charges. I called the post office, had the package weighed, and found postal charges were only $20.

I called the company back and asked what the other $25 was for. This time I was told that it was their handling fee and insurance. I was stunned and told them I wanted my money back. I was then told that if I returned the TV, I would be refunded my $189.95 less the COD charges. So I pay them $45.90 and get nothing.

That can't be right.
