Suckered me

I ordered a sterio.
I got a coupon for x amount of $
package came fed x.
I live in a duplex.
I was not home.
It came to the neibour.
Of course they refused it, because there was a $41.05 cod charge.
I did not see this in the information i recieved.
I called sweepstake clearing house about this matter.
I told them i wanted a refund.
Seeing they already had my money, they told me i would still be charge the s&h charge of 41.05.
What a rip off!!!
The balance of 58.90 would be refunded to me.
