My mom got this phone call july or august about getting 200.00 in gas all she had to do was give her checking acct information which she did and then in august she received a supposed preauthorized check saying that they had taken 99.95 out of her account.

We have talked to i don't know how many different people and they say that they are sending out papers so that she can sign them and get her money back. She is 70 years old and she did not authorize for them to take it out and she lives on a fixed income and she really needs her money back. I have tried i don't know how many different phone numbers and they all have been changed. Something needs to be done about this.
