Fundamental Consumer Strategy credit card scam

In Dec. I got a call from this company, promising me a VISA card with a $2500 limit, all I had to do was pay them $299. I am trying to get my credit back together and thought it would be a great idea so I did it. Well after 2 weeks, no card, I called them and after many attempts got to speak to someone, she told me it could take a month, then I called again after a month and was told that some cards had been sent with no house numbers, just street numbers and she would have it air mailed to me withen 3 days, after about 2 weeks I called again and was told that because it was late in the day they would call me the next Mon. Or Tues. With a tracking number. Still no call, I have dialed the 866 number at least 500 times and spoke with someone 4 times. Each time I was told that the person I was speaking with was just an answering service for the company. I went to my bank about this, they told me that because it was sent through as a check they couldn't get my money back. Fundamental Consumer Strategy is not on the check, it is AGI LTD, so I called them and they said all they can do is e-mail Fundamental Consumer Strategy and tell them to contact me. I will post their number here as well when I get home.
