Dishonest ripoff in PA

I was told that I was a winner of a contest held by Sweepstakes Clearinghouse. All I had to do was send $5.00 in the envelope provided by Febuary 9th and I would be notified of my winnings. Well on Febuary 16th I recieved a consulation prize, $420.00 toward a Tv, Stereo system, ect. Voucher only valid until Febuary 16th.

This really burns me because now in reading on-line, I find that this company has been scamming people since last year (or possibly before) it made me sick to my stomach that something has not been done about this.
Also come to find that they are still operating. This needs to be stopped. Sure I only lost 5.00, but there are many more people that are losing even more. It's disgusting!!!
