Home appraised as 75% more than worth, therefore if ever wanted to sell couldn't for that price

Even though I have not so good credit, they were MORE than happy to supply me with a loan and were VERY pushy into getting the loan papers signed. Within three days they had a guy come to my business (he drove three hours from their town to mine in snow, ice, etc...) When I looked over the papers there were errors. (I noticed that the papers were done earlier that day and he was sent off with them). I did not want escrow, but they were included in the loan... I said I wasn't signing and he called Scott, the one I dealt with over the phone, and he said oh just sign them and we'll fax over the correct ones tomorrow for you to resign... I said I was not signing anything I don't agree with... Then came the interest rate... More than he told me on the phone. But he tried to explain all the points, etc... To get me more confused and then the guy there just told me sign and date... You don't need to read... I was really concerned then. And skimmed over the papers... Well, that night I came on here and read all of these reports about them and the next morning I faxed the CANCELLATION sheet right away. I had three people call me... One from California where they are based out of, one from Omaha and dont' know where the other call was from. Anyway, I DID get out of this... Thanks to usacomplaints.com... And the things I just didn't feel was right... The rush, rush, rush procedure was very scary... And the appraisal... Like I told them, if I would come up disabled next year or something happened, I wouldn't be able to come up with the MONTHLY payment they had me set up at and at 30 years... Just was kind of a "To good to Be true" deal... Thanks to all you whom reported them... I'm free from that DEBT and trouble...
