Ripoff FRAUDULENT FUNDING OF A LOAN fraudulent ripoff business

I was looking into a refinance for my home and had talked to a trebor scott at ameriquest mortgage the first call i told him the rates were to high he called back and left a lond detailed note for me at work with terms that sounded great, i clled we set up a time to meet that due to busy work scedule we did not meet we set up an app of the house that did not happen that night mr scott called and said his boss needed to know i was serious and i had to sign some papers a good faith offer some release of info papers for my old mortgage holder and so on. He said a woman from his office would come to my home as i could not go there at that time i said just releases he said yes this woman came to my home i had lots of questions she called mr scott twice from my home he assured me these problems of the intrest rate and no escrow among other things would be taken care of i had to bring in all my financial papers first we had seven days to make changes i said are you sure as i cant go with a loan like this he said we will take care of it, there was no norary on these papers they were only to be a good faith est and the app of my home was now still a week away from this date. I tried to call ameriquest many times then did go in to bring in my bank statements and such. Mr scott told me hw would be in touch i asked when we would know as i would go elsewhere if the terms he stated would not be met. After i dropped of the papers no one at ameriquest would answer my repeated calls. I then received a phone call welcome to ameriquest mortgage company. I never even received a report on the app of my home and this was done a week after they say i closed. I was told that the woman that came to my home was a closing agent. I had never even met mr scott in person and would never have had a closing in my home with just one woman whom i never met, they lied and tricked me into signing these papers then a notary signed them this is a fraudulent funding i have filed with the attorney generals office. Two days after i started to complain to ameriquest mortgage i received an intent to forclose notice in the mail, i have been getting phone calls with threats of forclosure, saying well you signed this and that and there is nothing you can do about this i also found other complaints against this same branch in boca for the same fraudulent funding as well as miss representation this company is a big rip off and needs to be stopped thank-you Tina BBOCA RATON, Florida
