Ripoff, Unheard of excessive fees, A true nightmare

Our nightmare began shortly after we refinanced. Our mortgage was sold to Litton loan Servicing before we could make our first payment. Phone calls started to come reminding us that our payment was due before we even received notice of where to send the payments.

I then called and informed them that we did not have an address of payment coupons and their reply was here's the address and your payments are due on the lst of each month as if we didn't know.

Next the monthly calls beginning on the first of each month and continuing constantly until I called and asked the reason for this, their answer it is our policy to remind people so live with it. We thus began not answering the unknown caller id calls because it was Litton Loan Service.

Then in July a forced insurance policy was place on our mortgage because they said we did not have insurance but all the while we have had the same insurance for over eight years. I had to have my insurance company send them confirmation and only then would the remove the ridiculous policy. We even tried to pay our mortgage but they would not accept our payment unless we paid the increased amount so we refused to pay until the matter was cleared up. Finally in January after several attempts before and after the holidays since only a certain office could handle the matter due to their holiday schedule our original mortgate amount was restored.

To say the least we have just finished refinancing to get rid of this nightmare and we had to pay a pre-payment penalty but it is truly worth it to be rid of this rip-off company. Their fees in settling the refinance are outrageous and never heard of such as corporate fee payments, fee assessment and so on.

I hope Never have to deal with such a group of unprofessional people and a company such as this ever again. Never, ever use this company.
