FRAUD, CHEATS and LIARS ripoff Florida

Six Months Ago, I received a call from a company named Litton Loan Servicing, that I owed them money on a mortgage. I had never heard of them, nor did I have a loan with that company at all. During the conversation, I was able to determine they were calling me on a loan that I paid off thru a re-finance in August! The company I paid off in August thru my re-finance was HomeGold Mortgage. Litton Loan Servicing demanded I still owed them monthly payments on this loan, even after I told them I could send them the HUD-1 form showing I had paid off the other loan thru the re-finance just six months or so before.

Litton provided me an address to send all back up documents regarding my loan pay off thru the re-finance. I promply sent all the documents out quickly as I wanted to get this matter resolved fast. During this time, I investigated the prior mortgage company that I had paid off which was HomeGold Mortgage, and it was found out by my research that they had filed bankruptcy the same exact month we paid off our loan. So in trying to reach the prior mortgage company that was paid off, it bacame impossible bacause they did not have a company, nor a department that could help me.

Litton responded to me in April (months later) indicating the papers I sent them was for another loan on the house? WHAT loan? They said it was a pay off of a second mortgage? A second mortgage that I dont have! So, they began demanding all these past due payments months worth, then began to demand and make threats that they were going to foreclose on my house.

I called over and over and over to Litton to try to get a resolution, and even had a title search done on my property to show that the prior loan was paid off, and that the property only had one lien on it (which was my new current mortgage) that title search was even sent to Litton as proof I owed them nothing.

Well, recently Litton went and placed a lien on my house for over $250,000.00 saying I owed them the money for a loan that is already paid off. Since I did a re-finance, I did not purchase title insurance, so I now have another lien on my property that will not allow me to sell it or ever re-finance it until the loan with Litton (that I don't owe) is paid off. Plus I don't have a title insurance company to place a claim with on this matter. Lastly, my tenants in the property received a letter in the mail saying they would eventually be thrown out because it was going to be foreclosed on in the coming months, and that they were going to sue the homeowner.

Now my tenants have given me notice to move out of my property located in Virginia because they are afraid they will be put out on the street, as now Litton calls them and tells them to send the rent payments to them and not to us!

Now I have a house with no tenant, a mortgage to pay, and I have NEVER once received anything from Litton to even say they were collecting payments, never even a statement, NOTHING, other than threats, and attacks verbally!

I warn alll of you that have to deal with this nasty people.By the look of all these claims, we are obviously all not bad people, someone is doing this to us. We need to fight back, and go after them full force. If we don't they will ruin our lives and not even care about it. How do people even work for that company at all!
