Litton Loan Servicing
This company is worse then a trainwreck, is there anyone really there

Our mortgage was sold from Chase to Litton, then the trainwreck begain.
They increased our payments $1,290.73 (for escrow) to pay our homeowners ins. Hasn't happened yet.

We can not get a single person to explain why we receive a letter every quarter from our insurance company saying that if payment is not received in 48hrs. Your insurance will be canceled. We have to overnight transfer payment to insurance company to avoid this. Which in turn makes it very hard to pay our mortgage increase of $1,290.73 (which is to make these payments) This in turns makes our mortgage late etc.

The money is there in escrow litton is collecting it every month in our payments, but can't explain why it isn't being payed. Everyone we talk to has a different story. They left us on hold for 47min while they looked into it (know one ever got back on the phone) we called back that representive had gone home. It was suggested that we write a complaint they will take it from there. Still waiting... insurance payment due 24hrs.
