Lens Arrived Damaged and Seller Blamed Me and Blocked Me

Hello, I have been buying from this guy for many many years, and just bought a 90mm lens to replace one I had. When it arrived the screws had been left in and were stuck between the lens cell and the dew cap, making it impossible to remove it without major damage.

When contacted, Bill's first reaction was that it must be my fault. After I sent pictures, it was plainly seen what the problem was. But he got snotty, and instead of admitting that a mistake had been made and taking responsibility, he refunded my money and blocked me from buying from him. After many years of giving my business to him, I should have listened to others that have had a bad experience with him. They said as long as you do not have a problem with one of his items he's fine but treats people badly if you do have a problem.
