William Vorce Advertises "Brand New" on Ebay, but ships damaged and missing parts on Telescopes

Ebay seller ships defective telescope. He lists this as brand new, never opened on Ebay, but when item was recieved it had scratches where it looked to be previously assembled, screws were stripped and would fall out after assembly and was missing operational parts. This is the Ebay description he gave and the item number below.
