Unauthorized charge to banke account $199.95

While sitting at work today I just happened to log onto my bank account before leaving for lunch and noticed a charge of $199.95 from HOMEWORKSPLUS and I have no idea who thest people are or what if any service they provide. This is an outrage that any company can take money from someone like this. These people belong in jail. IT IS A CRIME!
Thru this website I have found number (s) for this company and when I call it is a recording with two (2) options. The first words out of their mouth is " if you are calling about unathorized charges press (1)" WOW! And the second option they have takes you back to the first it loops theres no way to get a person on the phone... I'm pissed! Don't let them get away with this!
