Products ripoff claimed that they would refund my money back to my credit card on a discontined item

E-mailed me to say my order was cancelled and that I would be credited the funds in 2-3 business days, they posted a charge instead. Calling is impossible, 1/2 hr or more to get someone's voice mail, send an e-mail to get the same response; you will be credited, but when - is the magic question??? It's the sum of $72.65, it's the principle!!!
