Drugstore online ripoff

This company is a total rip off!!! They were suppose to send my order to me with in a week, they then e-mailed me and said there was a problem with customs, and it would be on its way with in a few more days.

After a few more days they sent another e-mail saying that it was on its way, so I e-mailed back and told them to cancel the order as I felt they were ripping me off and that I wanted a refund of $217.00 credited back to my bank. I reported it to my bank, the bank gave me a temporary refund.

Soon after that the bank took the money back out of my account and I called the 1-800 number for the Drug store online company, I got some rude man on the phone that told me they credited my bank account. However this never has been credited and I since have been unable to find the 1-800 number. Boy am I dumb or what?
