Americas Choice RDR SVC ripoff Checking account stealer double billing

First they told my daughter she was in a survey.
Then they said she had won a cruise. Then they started taking out of her checking account. Then the double dipping began. To stop them she closed the account. Now every two weeks she receives a bill for this month and next month. She can also pay quarterly if she wants to. They have told her if she stops payment they will sue her.
