America Online AOL ripoff billing fraud ripoff business

I discovered on May 30 that AOL has been billing my checking account for about 10 months and I don't have their service nor never did. When I tried to contact them they kept transferring me and hanging up on me. My bank won't stop the withdrawals until they hear from aol.
I have no choice but to close my checking account. The owe me about 300.00. I have no address and do not know how to contact them so they can resolve this matter. They will not help me. The account that they have been deducting the price for isn't even in my name... How they get away with this I don't know.
