I am a former emp with nco... Let me just tell anyone that reads this the following...
1. About giving checks by phone, 1st thing is they hv a client close where they are responsible for a certain amount of moneys by a certain date each month, any check dated after that date will be changed and there will be a bogus notation on the accts stating they talked to the debtor and that the debtor gave perm for the check to be moved. So if you do have checks on file with this company i would recommend either cancelling the checks with nco or answering or returning the calls, cuz they will attempt to reach you about changing your check dates. Tell them no and sue them if your check runs any sooner than what you agreed!!!

2. Employees, division manager will look at a debtors credit report and if there is a current auto or mortgage on there they will call and pretend to be the debtor to get the debtors home phone or work phone...

3. How about nco starting call centers in INDIA where they can pay employees very very very little, hows that for our economy??
