On 11/16/04 I received a call from someone claiming they were from the Grant processing Center and I was qualified to receive $8000 grant to help pay off my debt. The person on the phone said his name was Wendell Sams. All I needed to do was to pay $257 for registration and I would receive my papers in two weeks. I don't know what to do to stop these persons but they really need to be stop.
