Ripoff by first franklin

I am having trouble with first franklin that they had me send them some payments and when i sent 3 post dated checks i got a call from them saying the did not take post daeted check to send them another check and i did that and they said they would not cash post dated checks and i told them they had before which i have in my bank the check they did before and that they would and i was told they do not, well 2 weeks later they tryed to cash both checks that where a week apart that they said they would not cash and sent them to my bank and my bank sent them back because of the dates and charge me 50.00 for this service and now first franklin is trying to bill me for the amount of the 2 checks and state that i owe for july and i have a cancell check for that month and they want me to jump through lopes for them and i refuse to. And they will not repay me the 50.00 i payed for their we do not use post dated checks.
