Won't send me my package!

I requested over $400 in table sheets out of this organization. After I delivered from the 3-day holiday (that is correct, 3 times!), I discovered that my cargo have been delivered back to efavormart, since I had beennot there to signal for this.

After I told the "live aid" woman, Christine, my scenario, she was extremely rude and explained it had been my problem to be outoftown. I informed her that I never decided to truly have a trademark need (also it does not say it everywhere on my bill), which the agreement her organization has with advantages has gone out of my handle. I merely requested to truly have the bundle resent, and after informing me how it had been my problem, they desired to cost me $54.92. I am seeking a complete refund.

Watch out for the corporation! Terrible customer support!
