I filed a complaint against EFavormart.com on this blog a few days ago. Today, I received an email from EFavormart.com stating that the items I asked them to cancel on Monday have shipped. These are the items they told me originally were not in stock. They are also the items I paid additional shipping charges to receive merchandise within 3 days. They listed a UPS number that UPS states is invalid, and they said the products arrived on Friday. I have not received anything from this company, and requested that they refund my money.

I have never had this kind of experience with any company I have ever dealt with. Isn't there anything that can be done to stop their abuse of consumers? Few people have money to throw away on useless services and shoddy services such as those provided by this company.
