I ordered bride maids dresses along with another bride maid from my wedding party. Upon receiving the dress I was unsatisfied with the appearance. To resolve this matter I chose to order a different style dress, which would have brought about an even exchange. When speaking with the owner Lisa Loya who clearly lacks customer service skills/interpersonal skills. I was told that I had to send her an additional $120.00 to order the new dresses. Plus shipping handling besides the fact of her retaining the $322.00 she had already got from me. This business is a complete SCAM and clearly setup for Lisa Loya to prey on the public.
