Priate Bridal Attire Pictures from mags/catalogues sent to Asia to be made, measurements wrong, charged for alterations their erro

This business is owned by Asians. They have 3 locations in town. Are not members of the BBB.

We were involved in a wedding so went to the cleaners because they advertise they sell wedding attire. Were measured (3 brides maids) for dresses. Two flower girl dresses. We chose dresses from samples they had in stock.

Dresses were held up in customs. So didn't have time to adjust to the items that were received. Dresses were not the same quality or as in the flower girl dresses not even the same dress we ordered.

The dresses did not fit. Because of being held up in customs we did not have the time to go else where and have new ones made.

Not one of the brides maids had lost or gained weight so clothing should have fit, It did not. We had to argue to have alterations done.

We went to pick up the dresses after the alterations were done and were not allowed to have them until we paid extra for the alterations. We had a wedding to go to so had to pay. It was their error. They did the measurements.

One skirt was 3 inches large in the waist and the top was so tight the person couldn't breath. The length was way too long. The business owner said she would fix the waist but the top ok. To fix the length she pulled the skirt waist up the the bust area and said see this is your waist its ok. We insisted she fix it right. It still didn't fit.

Another brides maids skirt was so tight in the waist she couldn't breath and the length was about 4 inches too short. The business let the waist out but didn't lengthen it.

When I went in to discuss this issue I told her she was pirating someone elses design. I told her it was illegal. She called me a not nice person. I agreed with her. When I am getting took, I am not a nice person.

I feel someone should investigate this business and see if in fact they are using other peoples designs and saying it is their own. Their add reads...

All Services Performed In-House (Include Alterations)

So I had to pay almost 300 dollars for a brides maid and flower girl dress that was not what I ordered and did not fit. Then had to pay for alterations on top of that, as did the other members of the wedding including the bride.
