4 months ago, company came installed laminate wood, before they left we had issues they said, "we will be back to fix", 3 no show apts later, they came back and looked and we got apt with inspector for floor product, he stated in his report, multiple things that needed fixed. She wouldnt answer our calls for a while then she said she was going to get ahold of inspector to ask some questions, we spoke with him many times and he said she never called him. So we cought her in another lie, she did finally call him and hung up on him because she didnt like what he had to say. SHe told us over and over when we could finally get her to answer she would do repairs, but never would, so we worked out a deal that she pay us back ONLY half the labor, because we need to pay someone for a new floor—she agreed on paper and now wont follow through, she claims the check is in the mail, one town away for 2 weeks now and she said she just cancelled it. The check was never in the mail, she has had problems with other customers and you can read on BBB and Yelp, she has been arrested a few times, dont know what for but doesnt matter, she has changed buisness names the police have told me a few times, look out people, do not hire her!!!
