Mohawk will not stand behind their product Blvd

We purchased Mohawks engineered flooring mainly because Mohawk was the brand name. What a mistake this was. The first thing we noticed after the wood floor was installed, by professionals, was many boards were not level where the ends meet, resulting in an annoying lip. We can feel this unevenness on our feet when we stand on the lip.

Our flooring company, instantly sent over an inspector to check out our problem. They informed us Mohawk would send an independent flooring expert to check our complaint. Three weeks later the independent inspector told us the floor was in tolerance with acceptable industry standard for gaps and unevenness. What a crock of poop!
