Morgan Spas Morgan Buildings & Spas has not delivered spa in time promised, been on order for 5 months

I bought a club from Morgan Houses & Schools June 16 by having an arrangement to possess club shipped between 4-6 months and settled 50% of overall price with rest of stability due upon shipping and put up. Six months arrived and went I named the revenue office and was informed it'd be-at least 8-12 week shipping, that we wasn't pleased with what I had been informed before purchase. I called Morgans sales office in Sanantonio and was informed they were having issues obtaining polymer due to their schools and may not provide me-any type of shipping day, at the moment they reffered me for their corporare workplace in Garland, Tx and talked to Rick Shigalo and started obtaining the run-around, I named the revenue office and informed them I had been fed up with departing speech communications and never obtaining any return calls from anybody. I talked using the revenue supervisor from the title of David and advised him that I needed a reimbursement, he assured me he'd begin the procedure. After 16 months I had been informed with a revenue woman from the title of JoAnna when I'd alter the colour of the polymer that it'd be constructed from the end-of March, and so I dropped for that sales hype and fourteen days later she told me that which was not what she told me, I subsequently informed her that it had been time for me to document a using the BBC and allow a lawyer manage this issue for me. A couple of minutes later I received a phone in the corporate workplace telling me when I terminated my purchase they'd maintain the serious money. Ater this discussion I submitted a via BBC and offered paper-work to a lawyer. I'm processing this criticism to assist avoid Morgan from promoting an item they appear to not have the ability to create.
