HELP, Morgan Spa pays for no warranty work, they say they have no funds, Dennis

I purchased a $6000 Morgan spa from Garland location less than 2 years ago and the pump has gone out, called them 3 months ago and they initially said they would come and fix, after ordering $600 pump its all under warranty completely, great - (NOT), 2 months into this, still no pump and a slimy green mosquito filled pool, they have told us now, that they have no funds available to fix any warranty issue from switches to light bulbs, and certainly not a pump.

Steve Faggert regional Mgr says this is nationwide so makes think they are close to closing or a bankruptcy, I have been paying $167 for the last 3 months for a tub that has West Nile bugs in it, Capital One has the financing so Morgan could care less about us.

I think someone needs to alert the nation about this because they continue to sell spas still, even though they cant service them at all, plz help me and many others.
