Morgan Buildings and Spas
No delivery on order, refused to refund money

On Saturday April 17 late afternoon my Stepson who is Deaf, went to Morgan Building and spas, located at 9300 S. Freeway Fort Worth, TX, he agreed to purchase a 12X12 metal building, that he understood would be delivered in two weeks, after he returned home I ask about the flooring, his mom called the lot where it was purchased, and also ask about delivery, and was told two months on delivery, he had put $1500.00 down and $1086.95 was to be to be paid in monthly payments of $25.00. They did not get any credit info from him.
On Monday April 19 I called the sales lot where he agreed to purchase the building from to cancel the building because he thought it would be two weeks not two months on delivery, I was told that Morgan Buildings would cancel the building, but no refund would be made, this went on for two months and my stepson filed in small claims court for his $1500.00, the Judge ruled in his favor and told Morgan to refund the money plus court cost on Oct. 21 as of today Nov. 18 no refund has been received, he is going to file a writ of execution, on Monday Nov. 22 to see if that helps get his refund that the Judge ordered.
