Poor poor repair service - Kenmore Washe

I have a kenmore top loader washer with a leak. Guy came nov 132 at approx 400 pm. Stayed on his personal cell phone the whole time. Took cover checked the wash er said he could not find the leak. Put the dial arrow backward. Now i cant control my water or time to wash. Dont know where to put cycle to do anything. Left at 430pmnever answered many of my questions. I said maybe its the hoses, pump etc. He said nope he was in a big hurry guess he wanted to get off at 500. Charged me 81.19 said i was lucky it was not 149.00
