Won't honor warranty

This company built a custom waterfall in my home. It has a pump motor to circulate the water. I was told it had a one year warranty and if I had any problems to call him. He did do a couple of repairs and then the Pump motor went out. After several phone calls and promises to come out he never showed up and eventually stopped answering my phone calls. I left messages and no calls were returned.

I had to have another company come out at my expense and evaluate the pump was bad and was causing the breaker to trip. The motor needs to be replaced and it is under warranty.
