I am a current employe of St. Clair corp. We ha a big meeting, now the want us (the installers) to make sure the customer signs the completion sheet, or pays in full BEFORE we tell them anythin thats wrong with the windows. There are ALWAYS service issues with their windows. From minor things, to a window sash (the glass in the window) will fall down soon as you would unlock it. This is dangerous, and VERY decitful, beware BEWARE
