Failure to honor warranty service requests

We purchased thermal dimension windows from sidex corp and window concepts in three separate installs in 1994-95-96. Totalling twenty windows

Practically every one has broken "window retainers", so the windows won't stay open, and makes it really hard to close the upper half

We called the installers several times for service, they said they did not handle these windows anymore, but they did say they would get back us with someone who would help us, NOT!!
