Our BR DVD player covered by the 1 year warranty fails to connect to wired ethernet so I called Sony on 8/6 and they confirmed it needed exchange or repair and I went on line and opened an event. They asked for me to prepay shipping to their repair station and I did. 9 days later and I can not get status from the Sony web site, Sony Repair/Service or Customer Service via telephone. They all pass the buck to each other and the calls are not free.
I can not believe in 9 days Sony can't get me an empty box via FedX (FedX is named on their web site as the shipper)
