660.00 welder returned for repair sears, welder stolen from sears - lincon elect 230 ac/dc stick welder

Bought a 660.00 welder from sears christmas 2011 first used it would shock you. Called sears repair, said to take to buckhannon sears store. Welder stolen from sears. 6 mos later owner says he ordered a hobart welder to replace. We called to come pick up the welder. He said hobart prices went up several thousand dollars in the past few weeks. So a craftsman came in. A 200.00 cheap welder. So he agreed to give the money back. But he has to think about when he can do that. He will let us know later on. Does not know when. We are going to file charges against him tomorrow. Its almost christmas 2012. Its oct 18 still no welder. Locals say he is a drug dealer, and a crack head. But thats just hear say right..
He first told us he tried to claim the welder on his ins. But they wouldnt cover it. But he has washers & dryers stolen also that they do cover. Ill bet they do, i called the main office at sears they said that was not a real sears store. But it does say sears store on the front and the only business in the building please call with any info 304 517-3388
