Inoperative sump pump

Bought sump pump and found that it does not work, returned to store and Mgr. Said yes it does work, well if it did work I would not have tried to exchange for a working one... FYI Mangaer Matt Annunziata not only rude but very smug and he thought he was above it all. I asked for as supervisor he gave me "Eddie" @631 225-1188 called all day today and phone only rings, assume phone # and Eddie does exist... I would like to speak to so, eone in charge.
