Unsatisfactory work - Sump pump

I recently hired suburbanhandyman.com in Edison, NJ to install a sump pump. The work was not done to my satisfaction - the pump doesn't work, and my calls for help/emails have been continuously ignored. On top of this, the handy man took half the money that was promised for the job and has disappeared.
